4. PRICES, PAYMENTS & BILLING
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. Customs duties for non-EU orders are the customer's responsibility.
You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all orders placed.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship internationally, including EU and non-EU countries. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once the product leaves our warehouse, the risk transfers to the buyer.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
To exercise your right, please email us at info@swlag.com with your order number and intention to return. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty under EU consumer protection laws.
If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us with photo proof within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping for faulty products is covered by us.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including images, logos, product names, designs, and text are the intellectual property of SWLAG s.r.o. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written consent.
